Return Policy
You may return any item you are dissatisfied with within 30 days from date of receipt. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) numbers are required for all returns. Returned products must be complete in original packaging and resalable. Special Order items may not be returned. Units requiring service, either warranty or otherwise, should be returned directly to the appropriate manufacturer. Returns received without an RMA number will be returned to the shipper. Merchandise accepted for return shall be credited at the original invoice price 30 days from date of for a full refund, minus shipping. We would prefer that you come visit us again as a happy customer, knowing that if your not satisfied with whatever you purchase from us, that you can return it and get your money back. Please

Back Order Policy
Customer satisfaction is our primary goal. If an item you purchased is backordered, we will contact you with further instructions.
Shipping Policy
We have promotional shipping options for UPS Ground ($8.95) and UPS Next Day ($22.95), when shipping to the mainland United States. Any other shipping methods (ie. 2nd day, 3 day) or when shipping with any other carrier (USPS, FedEx), then the published rates will apply.
Damaged Goods Policy
Please contact the package carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS) and file a claim using the package tracking number. All claims must be filed with the carrier.
